Joseph analyzes and prepares reports for performance reviews, asset allocation studies, vendor searches and investment manager searches.
Joseph started his finance career as an operations analyst at Merrill Lynch / Bank of America. While in this role, he obtained the licenses for FINRA’s Securities Industry Essentials, NJ Life Producer and NJ Health and Accident. These licenses allowed him to assist with internal and external clients on their retirement plans and corporate brokerage accounts. During his two years in the retirement benefits and equities department of Merrill Lynch / Bank of America, his focus was on 401(k), Pension Plans, Deferred Comp, NQ Plans, Equity & Stock Option Award Corporate Brokerage Accounts.
Joseph graduated Montclair State University with a BA in Dig-ital Media & Communications and a minor in business studies.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Joseph also currently assists as an active member of the Everyone Skates Philanthropy Group where he helps equip hockey gear to children who cannot afford to pay for the expensive equipment necessary to play.
