Jennifer has over twenty years of experience with employee benefits plans, with a specialty in defined contribution plans. She has a diverse background that includes corporate benefits administration as well as participant communications.
Prior to joining PEI, Jennifer was Vice President and Head of Marketing Strategy for the Total Retirement Solutions line of business within Prudential Retirement, a unit of Prudential Financial, Inc. In this role, she led the team responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Prudential Retirement’s plan participant and retiree marketing programs.
Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Participant Communications and Strategy for Diversified Investment Advisors, now Transamerica, where she received numerous awards for participant communications platform design and execution. Jennifer held strategic marketing positions at Pentegra Retirement Services, Guardian Life and Bank of America, as well as an earlier stint with Prudential Retirement creating 401(k), 403(b) and 457 advertising, sales support, and customized participant communications materials. She also previously held roles with the Federal Reserve System and Merrill Lynch.
Jennifer earned a B.A. degree in Political Economy from Sweetbriar College.
