Fana oversees all accounting and human resource functions at PEI. She is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the corporation’s financial affairs. Fana has transitioned the firm’s accounting practices to an internal software package and implemented procedures for handling daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly controls and processes. Working closely with the Management Committee, her responsibilities include assistance in managing strategic business initiatives that are directly tied to the firm’s long term objectives. Fana also manages all aspects of human resource related functions, working directly with key group leaders to facilitate the staffing objectives of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Fana worked as a Financial Controller for a mid-sized local general contractor for a period of 18 years.
Fana attended the University of Connecticut, earning a BS from the School of Business Administration in Health Systems Engineering with a minor in Accounting.
