Daniel Bach, EA, ASA, MAAA, QPA, QKC, QKA
Dan is a Defined Benefit Plan Consultant at Portfolio Evaluations, Inc. He has a background that includes over twenty-five years of advising clients on defined benefit plans. He works closely with the client relationship managers at PEI and with others across the firm to develop and implement effective solutions for client sponsors. Dan has experience working with many different types of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, particularly defined benefit pension plans.
Prior to joining PEI, Dan spent twenty-four years at Willis Towers Watson where he was a Senior Director in the Client Management Group after serving as a Director and Senior Consultant in the Retirement practice.
Dan is an Enrolled Actuary, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Dan is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and the Qualified Pension Administrator (QKA) designations from ASPPA.
Dan earned a Master of Science degree majoring in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in accounting and mathematics from St. Norbert College.
