A partial settlement of $900,000 has been reached between plaintiffs and trustee defendants in this case, originally reported in PEI’s 4Q 2014 Litigation Update. The plaintiff alleged that the Plan’s fiduciaries violated their ERISA duties, failing to prevent plan participants from investing in RadioShack stock, therefore preventing them from losses due to the declining share price. Full approval is pending. Allegations against the plan sponsor defendants are still outstanding.
